Bio
Coach Silas Williams is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, where he competed as a collegiate student-athlete. He brings over a decade of coaching experience across the high school, AAU, and collegiate levels.
During the 2023–2024 season, Coach Williams assisted in leading the Moberly Greyhounds to a Regional Final Four appearance. From 2021–2023, he played a key role in elevating the Danville Jaguars program, helping guide the team to its first Regional Championship, a Final Four appearance, an NJCAA Tournament berth, and the highest national ranking in program history.
Coach Williams served as Head Coach at Pickerington North High School from 2018–2021, following a successful ten-year tenure (2008–2018) as Head Coach at Westerville South High School. At Westerville South, he led the program to its first District Championship and its only Regional Final Four appearance.
In addition to his scholastic coaching background, Coach Williams coached AAU basketball with the All Ohio Nike EYBL program, contributing to the development of elite-level talent. During the 2024–2025 season, Coach Williams served as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Clark State College and was promoted in July 2025 to Head Women’s Basketball Coach, continuing his commitment to competitive excellence and student-athlete development.
