Subway WBB Player of the Week: Hayley Melton

This week’s Women’s Player of the Week is Freshman Hayley Melton. She been a huge bright spot at the beginning of the season for the Lady Eagles! Melton shot 3-8 from the floor. She was 4-6 from the Charity stripe. Melton pulled down 5 rebounds and dished out 3 assists during the 70-46 loss against UC Clermont Tuesday, November 20. For the season, Melton is shooting 59% from the floor and 51% from the Free Throw line. She has pulled down 33 rebounds, passed out 6 assists, and has gathered 10 steals, while blocking 3 shots on the young season.

The Women’s basketball team is back in action Tuesday, November 28 home against Cedarville JV and Saturday home against conference foe Cuyahoga.
